Christmas surprise!

I got a wii for christmas. I hope I get some games for it. I've been playing at my cousin's house. He is from my dad's side of the family. I am the best at boxing on wii sports.I also got a viser from my brother.( hard piece of plastic that you put on the front of your facemask.)

The utes beat by who.Who's living right now Collie.The players almost started a fight at the start of the game.We're bcs ranked for the second time.I was pumped before the game.I also had the jitters.Lets hope that Utah goes to the Orange bowl or the Fiesta.there was a sign there that said we've had our fiesta now give us some sugar.After the game was over we stormed the field.Come on bring us Alabama, or florida.GO UTES!!

On to Football

I am still going to play Fall Ball but now I am also playing football. Football is my most very very very favorite sport. This will be my first year playing tackle. I got my pads and my helmet the other day and I am going to HIT somebody! Kalin is on the high school team but he is just a wimpy quarter back. I am going to be the one that knocks the quarterback down. I can't wait!

central pacific regionals

My all-star team for baseball is going to the central pacific regionals in Panguitch.We are leaving today.We play california teams.We got new jerseys ,new hats and alot more stuff.Wish me luck.

State Champs!!!!

Today my Allstar Team won the state championship. We had to beat Carbon twice. The first game we beat them 12-11. The second game we beat them 20-15. I pitched 4 innings today and my dad said I came through for the team.
I hit the ball really good too. Now we get to go to the Pacific Regionals. We will play teams from California, Nevada, Hawaii, and Guam! That is so cool! I can't wait!

The Ranch

When I went to the ranch for our reunion all the kids got dirty. I had a lot of fun. We had a huge water fight which I started. I got the award for being dunked the most. After the water fight we played in the sand box and we made a town called Carter Van Winkle. One night we ate ribs. The reunion was the best part of my summer so far!

Allstars!

I made allstars for baseball.My team is pretty good.I am on the nine year old allstar team.We play in Price on Tuesday at 6:15.We have to play 10 year olds.There are two 9 year old teams and four 10 year old teams.wish me luck.

Long Ball

Yesterday I hit my first inside the park home run! A kid on my team hit one out of the park. It went into the parking lot. It was the first one hit out of the minor field in a very long time. My team record is 13 - 2. My hit was between center field and right field. My next at bat I got beaned. I guess they were afraid to pitch to me.

2 for 2

I guess you're wandering why is the title 2 for 2?Well I shot my turkey last year and I shot one this year.But the one last year was bigger.Here's the story we didn't see anything and all of a sudden I didn't see anything.I look over and I see a turkey.Kalin moves and the turkey is gone.Then we here the turkeys calling.To tell you Kalin and I were trying to get a double.Two turkeys were walking right at us.Right as they cleared the decoys I shot one and Kalin shot the tailfeathers out of it.Seriously.

Go Jazz!

We went to a Jazz game on Saturday. It was the first one I have ever been to. I thought the series would be done by now, but I hope the Jazz beat Houston on Friday. Go Jazz!!

I took 3rd place in the basketball tournament. Stupid 5th graders! They were as tall as my mom.

One Man Show!

Yesterday I was the only person who showed up on my team so I had to play by myself. The other team had two people. The team that I beat were the All stars.

My brother kalin is the most awesome person alive. He is charming, energetic, and did I mention charming? I want to be just like him! He gets all the girls and I want to be able to be like him some day. He is awesome at basketball and at everything else he does in the world. He is the most AWESOME PERSON EVER! He's never mean to me and never beats me up. He always lets me win in basketball even though I think he doesn't. Great April fool's joke on my little bro huh?

the spiderwick chronicles

The movie wasn't anything like the books.Oh just to tell you I finished the third book and then in the next 2 hours I finished the fourth book.This morning I finished the fifth book. The books were better than the movie.I think.But the movie was really good.But the book was really really good.Well they are both really good.

tornadoes

Tornadoes are really cool.But they are very dangerous.Vernal almost had one but the tornado didn't quite make it.I have never seen one.I made a poster it shows the oldest tornado picture on it.So you never know if a tornado will strike or not.

My weekend

This weekend I went to watch Judge Memorial beat up on Ogden.I played with most of my cousins. Jason said he could pin me in .5 seconds. Sorry to embarress you, Jason, but I can pin you in .2 seconds! Jason is going on a mission and I won't see him for two years. I will be 10 when he comes back. Almost 11. Then I will REALLY be able to beat him up!!! That was my weekend!

One of my cousins is Hanna faye.She likes me but she doesn't like Kalin at all.My second cousin is Carter .I can't beileve that he can beat Knights of cydonia on expert. Another cousin is Ashly. She thinks she is a rock queen. Another cousin is Kayt. She loves gymnastics. Another cousin is Livvy. And another cousin is Kinny. They are both girly girls. My Leyba cousins are Joey and Jayce. Jayce is like me and loves Utah and sports. Me and Joey like to wrestle each other. Oh I almost forgot Gracie. She is a baby and she is cute. That is it about my cousins.

The future

In the future I hope they have flying cars.I heard that they have made jetpacks but they are going to stop making them because they can only stay up for a few seconds and if somebody wrecked their face would be messed up.I just want to show you these pictures because it looks like Kalin and I are flying.I hope the future has a lot of crazy things.

Hunting

I like to hunt turkey, elk, and ducks. Last night my dad shot a cow elk. I went with him and it was cool. The picture is kind of nasty but I thought you would like to see it. Last year, I shot a turkey. The day that I got the closest shot, but missed, it snowed and it was spring. I shot a green head. Kalin was 13 when he shot his first one, and I am only 8. Hunting is way better than any video games. Even guitar hero, but I still rock! ROCK ON!

I like school it is really fun.My favorite subject is math.Today my dad pulled me out of class and spanked me na just kidding he had me go say hi to a guy that plays in pro football his name is Brett Rattiiff.The other day a kid came to school wearing stitches.So you never know what school is going to be like.

Playing in the snow.

One time when I was playing in the snow with my friends Kalin came out and started throwing snowballs.I threw a snowball at him and it hit him right on the face.He grabbed me and white washed me.We made a fort and I jumped in it and he smashed it.After that I was walking andI stepped in a foot of snow it felt like I was stepping in a numb machine.

my time on the beach

When I went to the beach my friend's dad went boogie boarding.There was a wave that he was going to climb.The wave dropped and he was soaked.My brother Kalin found a tennisball and chucked it.It came back several times.Then finally he burried it.I played in the waves.Like one time I tried to jump a really big one but all I got was a face full of salt water.I saw the richest town ever La jolla.(Lo hoia) when we went there we saw seals.(fatty) we went on the longest dike in the Westcoast.We found tons of sand dollars.Some were still alive so we chucked them back in.

Falling down

One time when I was hunting with my dad,I shot and he looked where I was and I wasn't there.He looked back and I was lucky that the bucket was there because when I shot the gun it kicked and I flew back.Oh ya I missed the duck.
